Precision Parts: Single Units and Small Batches

Thanks to our state-of-the-art machinery, we are able to manufacture precision parts to the highest accuracy standards on a contract basis, efficiently producing both individual parts and small batches. For this purpose, we use high-precision 5-axis CNC machining centers as well as wire and die-sinking EDM machines, which are located in climate-controlled rooms, ensuring consistently high manufacturing quality while enabling the machining of virtually all metals and plastics.

Fully Automated Measurement and Quality Control

Your finished workpieces are then fully automatically inspected in our climate-controlled measuring room, where they are precisely measured using a 3D CNC measuring machine. This allows each component to be compared not only with the drawing but also directly with a CAD model, ensuring maximum dimensional accuracy.

In addition, we generate measurement reports in accordance with VDA standards or your individual specifications, ensuring you receive transparent quality documentation at all times while maintaining the highest level of reliability.
