Our equipment allows us to provide contract manufacturing of precision parts as individual parts or in small batches while meeting the highest accuracy requirements. For these tasks, we use high-accuracy 5-axis-CNC machining centers, machinery for wire and cavity sinking EDM in air-conditioned rooms that enable us to process almost all metals and plastics.
The parts manufactured are surveyed in a fully automated way and checked for dimensional accuracy in our air-conditioned measuring room by means of a 3D-CNC measuring machine. The measurement results make it possible to compare the component with the drawing data or the CAD model directly. For this purpose, we create measuring reports according to the VDA (association of the German automotive industry) or the customer’s standards afterwards.
