With the new Mazak Integrex i-250H-S multi-task machining center from Yamazaki Mazak Corporation, Mieruch & Hofmann GmbH has significantly expanded its machining capabilities in CNC milling and CNC turning for precision tool & die manufacturing. Modern industrial production requires highly flexible and high-performance machining solutions to ensure maximum precision, efficiency and process reliability.

By integrating this advanced multi-task machine into our production environment, we can considerably increase our capacity in both CNC milling and CNC turning operations. The sophisticated machine design with main spindle and second spindle enables complete machining of complex components in a single setup.

As a result, manual repositioning and reclamping are minimized, improving machining accuracy while reducing production times. This allows us to offer our customers shorter lead times, greater process stability and cost-efficient manufacturing solutions.

The World’s Smallest 4-Jaw Chuck – Innovation in Precision Tool & Die Manufacturing

The probably smallest 4-jaw chuck in the world was developed and manufactured by Mieruch & Hofmann GmbH and represents our innovative expertise in precision tool & die manufacturing and special purpose engineering. Especially in miniature applications, maximum precision, reliability and exact implementation are essential for achieving outstanding machining results.

High-Precision Clamping Technology for Miniature Applications

With a clamping range from 1.0 mm to 3.0 mm and an outer diameter of only 24 mm, this pneumatically operated miniature chuck is designed for highly demanding precision applications involving extremely small components.

Its compact design enables precise, stable and reliable clamping performance even under complex manufacturing conditions. The miniature 4-jaw chuck is therefore ideally suited for high-precision machining, micro-manufacturing and specialized automation systems where maximum accuracy is required.

Complete Development and Manufacturing from a Single Source

Custom Experimental Press for Hybrid Material Research at Chemnitz University

Mieruch & Hofmann GmbH engineered and manufactured a custom experimental press with an exceptionally high cooling rate for advanced hybrid material research at Chemnitz University of Technology. The specially developed press system enables precise investigation of the bonding strength between metal and polymer materials under controlled thermal conditions.

The high cooling performance plays a crucial role in optimizing hybrid material bonding and improving the mechanical strength of lightweight components for industrial and automotive applications. This project highlights our expertise in special purpose machine manufacturing, precision engineering and custom automation solutions for research and development.
